Essex & Suffolk Paving Clacton provides professional paving, driveway, and landscaping services. All enquiries made through this website are preliminary requests for a site survey and quotation.

02Quotations and Surveys

• All quotations provided online are estimates only until a physical site survey is conducted.
• Fixed quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• We reserve the right to adjust quotes if unforeseen site conditions (e.g., hidden underground obstructions) are discovered during preparation.
• No work will commence without a signed agreement reflecting the final project scope.

03Payments and Deposits

Specific payment terms, including requirements for deposits and staged payments, will be clearly outlined in your individual contract. We typically do not require full payment until the project is completed and the site is cleared to your satisfaction.

04Workmanship Guarantee

Our structural paving installations are covered by our professional guarantee against unreasonable settling or material defects. The specific duration and terms of this guarantee will be provided with your written contract.

05Limitation of Liability

Essex & Suffolk Paving Clacton will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services or this website, to the extent permitted by law.
